Soulful Gatherings at "Hinterland Sanctuary"

A monthly event

Created by Rachel Davis, combining her expertise as a Holistic Hairdresser and Make Up artist (with over 30 years experience) with her intuitive gifts and energetic healing practices, and born from a desire to help women on their personal journey to self love - she is excited to announce her first events for 2023.

Starting on 21st February with our first event "Find Your Joy" a relaxed 2 hour gathering, that will open the door rediscovering your true happiness through self care practices. Join us for a chat, an activity, some laughs, light refreshments and treats. Bring yourself, a mat or a cushion (if you prefer to sit on the floor), an open heart & mind, and a journal to write in (if you feel called to)

Your first Gathering is free, but you have to register. Numbers are limited.

And continuing on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, each with a different topic, activity or theme, all with the intention of deep connection, authentic conversation, support, learning, growth & fun.

The day retreat was wonderful. I learnt how important it is to care for myself first, so I have the energy to care for others.

It gave me space to myself and allow me to go within to see what is important. The lunch was healthy and energising. The speakers were knowledgeable and caring and I received many tips and strategies. The whole day was inspiring, freeing and overall, a very fulfilling day on how to care and nurture myself.

I attended the first women’s retreat for Inner Beauty, Outer Glow and it was an incredible day.

As women and mothers we don’t often put our selves first. This day allowed me to do just that and showed me that I deserve self care and time out in order to show up as my best self.

Exactly what I needed.

The day was very well organised and I got what I needed out of this day - space for myself and discovering some others ways to reconnect with myself. Food was amazing, everyone was very welcoming and respectful of each other's space. This type of women's circle should be compulsory as its definitely life changing.
